Key is Access 2026
The first Key is Access workshop brought together 20 emerging and established music professionals for a full day of honest questions, practical tools and shared problem-solving.
We spoke about what happens around the music: artist management, releases, rights and royalties, ticket sales, building an audience, touring and the reality of making a sustainable career. The day began with a Problem Lab led by Liudas, where participants worked from real challenges rather than abstract ideas, and ended by turning insights into concrete next steps.

One day together does not solve the structural challenges of working in music. Most of them require sustained work, stronger collaboration, better conditions and people willing to take responsibility beyond their own project. But it has to start somewhere: with naming the problem honestly, trying to understand it and building the ambition and motivation to act.
